Lady Wolves crush Clayton

CLAYTON—Heavener opened the 2024 slow pitch softball season with a 16-0 win at Clayton Tuesday in three innings.

Heavener is 1-0 and hosts LeFlore and Kinta Tuesday.

After scoring three times in the first inning, Heavener added nine more in the second and four in the third to finish the contest.

Cayleigh McGee tripled and was 2-2 with two runs and two RBI, Paisley Stacy tripled and went 1-3 with two RBI and a run, Mariana Garcia finished 2-2 with two runs and a RBI, Kristy Shadwick had a 2-3 outing with two RBI and two runs, Britlee Reed was 2-3 with two runs and a RBI and Kaitlin Hurst doubled while going 1-2 with a run and a RBI.
